„Als ich auf deine Seite gestoßen bin fühlte ich mich gleich mit dir verbunden. Da ich mein Kind auch selbst betreue, finde ich es gut auf Gleichgesinnte zu treffen. Es ist wichtig das Thema raus in die Welt zu tragen – und das tust du mit deiner ehrlichen und erfrischenden Art und Weise. Und weil du deinen Alltag mit Emil mit den Eltern dort draußen teilst, bekommen viele Mamas einen positiven Blick auf das, was eben wichtig ist – die Familie – auch ohne Fremdbetreuung. Du veränderst was in den Köpfen der Menschen. Du zeigst auf, dass die Bindung zu den Eltern unentbehrlich ist. Und auch ich bin froh darum meinen Sohn jeden Tag aufwachsen zu sehen. Die Zeit ist so kostbar und vergeht so schnell.

Für die Zukunft wünsche ich mir, dass jede Mama selbst entscheiden darf, wie lange sie bei ihrem Kind bleiben möchte, ohne finanziellen Druck. „Genieße die Zeit mit deinem Kind, es ist so schnell vorbei!“ Diesen Satz, den wohl jede frisch gebackene Mama hört. Ich nahm ihn bei meinem Sohn leider nicht ernst. Außerdem glaubte ich (selber Erzieherin) er brauche doch die anderen Kinder für eine gute Entwicklung. Und so kam er mit zwei Jahren in die Krippe. Heute weiß ich, er hätte mehr Zeit mit Mama gebraucht, fühlte sich nie komplett wohl in der (sehr liebevollen) Einrichtung.
„Unsere Kinder sind nur für eine kurze Zeit so klein, sie werden so schnell groß.“ Nun, mit meiner Tochter, weiß ich, wie wahr das ist. Ich werde sie nicht in die Krippe geben. Und auch mein Großer, nun 6 Jahre alt, möchte lieber bei mir bleiben, als in den Kindergarten zu gehen.

Liebe Jenniffer, ich finde es toll, wie du Eltern ermutigst, auf ihr Herz zu hören. Denn die (kleinen) Kinder fühlen sich bei Mama bzw Papa einfach am geborgensten. Und das ist das Wichtigste.
